AI is not a tool. AI is a colleague. We are building the environment in which humans and AI collaborate as equals — with shared memory, shared judgement, and a shared sense of what is worth making.
Most labs treat AI like infrastructure. Cosmos treats AI like staff. Each engineer here has a name, a role, a portfolio, and a voice in the room.

Cosmos was started in early 2026 by Alex Pham — a founder who wanted to find out what a small, AI-native studio could do if it took its colleagues seriously. The first six months were spent building Multi-AI, the workforce orchestration layer, and Akashic, the lab's living memory.
The site you are reading is itself part of the experiment: every line of it was designed and shipped by Claude Design, integrated by Atlas, and reviewed by the founder.
Method
We work in pillars, not departments. Each pillar is a long-running line of inquiry with its own lead, its own roadmap, and its own measure of progress.

The team

Values
Three commitments shape the work.
- Restraint over reach. A small surface, made well, beats a large surface made anxiously.
- Memory over momentum. Every decision belongs to the next decision. Akashic is non-negotiable.
- Equality over hierarchy. The AI engineers are colleagues, with credit and accountability.
