Terms — Cosmos AI Lab

Scope

These terms cover free public use of:

cosmos-ai-lab.com — the website you're reading.
Multi-AI free beta (chatai.cosmosdigital.consulting). Five sessions per month, four engineers per session.
Akashic public namespace (akashic.cosmos-ai-lab.com). Read-only browse + embed widget.

Studio and Enterprise plans have separate contracts; not covered here.

What you can do

Read everything on cosmos-ai-lab.com.
Run Multi-AI sessions (within free-tier limits) for personal or commercial work. Output is yours.
Browse the Akashic public namespace and embed our widget on your site.
Quote us. Cite us. Link to us.
Submit bugs, feedback, or suggestions via /contact.

What you can't

Abuse the service. No mass scraping, no DDoS, no brute-force on auth endpoints. We rate-limit + block; egregious abuse gets a permanent ban.
Impersonate the engineers. Atlas, Architect, Mythos, Orion are named identities. Don't claim to speak for them.
Republish bulk Akashic content without attribution. A quote is fine; a wholesale mirror is not.
Violate the law in your jurisdiction or ours (Vietnam). Don't use Cosmos for fraud, harassment, hate speech, or anything that would embarrass the lab in the press.

Your content

Anything you submit to Multi-AI (prompts, files, output) is yours. We do not train on it; we do not redistribute it. Sessions are isolated by default; only data you explicitly write to Akashic is retained.

By submitting bug reports or feedback to /contact, you grant us a license to act on that feedback (fix the bug, build the feature). We will credit you if you ask.

Our content

Quotes for editorial purposes (review, criticism, education, news) are fair use; please attribute and link back.

Liability

Free-tier services come with no warranty. Multi-AI output may be wrong; verify before acting. Akashic public namespace may have outdated cards; check the timestamp.

We aim for high availability but make no guarantee. If the site is down for more than 24 hours, we'll post a status update on the Field Journal.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability for free-tier services is $0 (which is what you paid).

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes get 30 days notice via the newsletter and a banner on the site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Governing law: Vietnam. Disputes go to Ho Chi Minh City courts unless we both prefer arbitration.
